In the framework of the preparation for the meet ROME of the 16-17-18 October 2009, our suggestion is to be able to open a dialog that can result in the organization of a forum and to the organization of the events of artistic production.
FORUM ORGANIZATION
Here the points that one proposes and there where some are our reflections :
In the matter of the forum, one proposes axes of reflections that become real previously by discussion workshops during the FOU (Festival of the Useful Openings) of May that takes place at Paris, regarding an effective programming for the meet October to Rome.
Those are suggestions and as such widely opened to the discussion.
The idea is that every squat, country or intervening can work and orient the forum evolution according to its cravings.

Above the different points that we propose to exchange are declined by theme.
JUSTICE & POLICE :
-Position, experience, average of action ?
For example : organization with or without lawful support, the device of common right (Apprehension, knowledge, usages) to national level and to European level.
The reports with authorities (more police, more lawful and more political), divide and experiences mutualization…
HEALTH :
-Position, experience, average of action ?
For example : cultural social disqualification, pigeon fancying, the access to the rights and to the cares for all person.
Which sanitary issues; life expectancy; how to project itself towards care empowerment…
SOCIAL :
-Position, experience, average of action ?
For example : The right to the lodging, which issues? The access to the social rights of the individual (social minima and access to the cares); the integration and link in the neighbourhood (the neighbourhood counsels, the associations, the inhabitants…)…
CULTURE :
-Position, experience, average of action ?
For example : the different cultural practices, the right to the expression and engagement liberty; zone of temporary autonomy, squat of dwelling and/or artistic. An element key : the research of space.
MEDIA :
-Position, experience, average of action ?
For example : which report to the media (TV, radio, press, billposting, movie and internet) ; Is it necessary to contact them and to address to them ? If yes, how? Which of them ? Creation of autonomous media.
RESOURCES ET FONCTIONING :
-Position, experience, average of action ?
For example : the ploughing back of profit ; the salvages ; the subsidies ? Organization of the places of life : house counsel, associative structure, the life in group ; divides experience and put in common of competences.
ARTISTIC PRODUCTION
The idea is to create one or more artistic events. The people been interested by the organization can propose themselves in the flowchart until May 24.
In a second time, free to all to propose projects of organization, of activity or of artistic productions by way of referring or of participants. (Projections, theater, exhibitions, living art, shows, etc…)
The thus created flowchart will allow establishing a reliable and functional organization allowing assuring a better management of the events.
